The court documents are sealed, and her family members claim not to understand why the jury reached the ruling that it did.

Ford states that the documentary’s creators moved on to illuminate Williams’s conditions: “We asked ourselves almost every day, ‘Is this helping Wendy or is this hurting her?'” But with time positive results were seen.
