According to a source who spoke with OK! magazine, the Duke is currently at odds with his wife Meghan over her choice to involve their children because he had a negative experience with public intrusion into his life and the lives of his late mother Princess Diana.
They said that Meghan is attempting to “convince him that being in the spotlight isn’t all bad and feels he shouldn’t judge everything by his past and what he went through.”
They added, “She gets where Harry is coming from because he has been so traumatized by events that proceeded on throughout his childhood and she appreciates him for wanting to protect the kids and she will always support him.”
The insider adds Meghan wants to demonstrate to Harry that parents can involve their children in their projects because they are “never going to be anonymous,”
even if she acknowledges that Archie and Lilibet are “in a completely different situation” due to their parents.
For those who are unaware, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will go to Nigeria later this month to meet with military personnel and their families and take part in discussions regarding the Invictus Games.
